Since 1989, HUSUM WIND has been a key meeting point for the wind energy sector and related areas of the renewable energy industry.
Organised by Messe Husum & Congress, the event brings together companies, industry professionals, decision-makers, researchers and policymakers in Husum every two years to help shape the future of renewable energy.
The focus is on innovative products, services and technologies in the fields of onshore and offshore wind energy, digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI), green hydrogen, sector coupling, energy storage, recycling and repowering, as well as project development, finance and consulting.
HUSUM WIND therefore covers the entire value chain of the wind energy industry and key adjacent sectors of the energy market. For more than 35 years, the exhibition has been renowned for its practical focus, professional exchange and unique personal atmosphere.
It brings together leading representatives from business, research and politics to showcase innovations, share knowledge and build new business relationships.
The 2025 edition attracted around 550 exhibitors and more than 12,000 trade visitors to Husum. Building on this success, HUSUM WIND 2027 is expected to once again achieve strong exhibitor participation and visitor attendance. The exhibition is complemented by specialist conferences, forums, networking events and an integrated careers fair.
As a result, HUSUM WIND provides a unique platform for information, inspiration and networking across the energy transition. The next HUSUM WIND will take place from 14–17 September 2027 at Messe Husum & Congress.
