Leading wind farm developer and operator with 2 GW of installed capacity, over 930 turbines and 300 employees. Holistic solutions for wind, PV, storage & Power-to-X since 1995.
For over 30 years, Denker & Wulf AG has been one of the leading wind farm developers and operators in Germany. With around 800 MW in our own portfolio, over 930 realised turbines and a comprehensive range of services, we are advancing the energy transition in a technology-neutral and economical way.
DenkerWulf is one of the leading project developers for wind energy in Germany. The first projects date back to 1991. Since then, more than 930 wind turbines have been realised in ten federal states, with an installed capacity of around 2 gigawatts. This makes the company one of the most experienced players in the German wind energy market.
Around 300 specialists work at six locations to develop and implement sustainable solutions for a climate-neutral energy supply. The range of services covers all phases of a wind energy project - from initial planning, approval processes and construction to technical and commercial operational management. The repowering of existing turbines is also a central component. The high implementation rate demonstrates the success of the integrated project approach.
In addition to wind energy, expertise is incorporated into the expansion of ground-mounted photovoltaics, innovative solar technologies and battery storage solutions. Cross-sector concepts such as Power to X, combined heat and power and grid-supporting applications are also being developed. One example of this is an intelligent combined heat and power plant in Papenburg that converts surplus renewable electricity into heat and stores it.
The aim is to make renewable energy available in an economical, technologically mature and regionally coordinated manner. The focus is on projects that combine ecological benefits with long-term operational success and social acceptance.
