Our benefits

Flexible work organisation
Flexible working hours (working time frame between 6 am and 10 pm, core working hours Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm) / Option to work remotely (depending on the requirements of your specific role, generally up to 50%) / A one-time allowance of 250 EUR gross for mobile working equipment
Childcare subsidy
Monthly subsidy of up to 100 EUR per child for childcare costs
Cafeteria system
