What you should know about us
Founded in 1995, we were one of the pioneers in the renewable energy sector and were able to successfully establish ourselves. Today, our core competences include the development, planning and realisation of onshore wind farms and their subsequent technical and commercial management, as well as the nationwide supply of green electricity to private household customers.

Together with our 40,000 members, we are laying the foundations for a sustainable and secure energy supply from 100% renewable energies. With the cooperative as our economic basis, every single person is at the centre of everything we do - and we live this every day.
What you can expect from us
We offer a working relationship on an equal footing, where every employee has the opportunity to contribute their ideas. Flexible working hours and mobile working create freedom and flexibility in everyday working life. Appropriate remuneration with a fixed 13th salary is a matter of course for us.
We can use your support here:
- The Project Development department plans and builds wind farms throughout Germany. As a Project Developer (m/f/d), many exciting tasks await you here.
- The Service and Operation of Wind Turbines (SBW) is responsible for the technically flawless operation of wind turbines, among other things. You can get involved here as a service technician (m/f/d) with an electrical or mechanical focus (career changers are always welcome!).
